STARS LIS Driver

Justin Gregory Keith (born April 19th, 1979) is a retired STARS Lowe's Premier Series and ARA Cup Series driver from Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada.

He is known for his two unprecedented victories at Daytona and Talladega in 1999, and his near upset at Albany in the same year.

STARS Career

Justin entered the 1997 season driving for his own team, Snowdrift Motorsports. His first half would be rough, failing to finish or running a few laps behind at the finish. He finally broke through with a surprise 9th place at Michigan. The second half of the season was slightly better, with 4 top 15 finishes, two of them being top tens.

1998 was an improvement, getting his first top 5 at the Empire State 450 and even leading a few laps. That would be the only top 5 he'd get, but he would back it up with 6 top 10's.

He would end up breaking through in 1999 starting with a 4th place finish at the 450, nearly winning it after leading with 4 to go. Justin would show his near-victory in Albany was no fluke by winning Talladega. He wasn't done as Justin would also win Daytona as well. Justin would get a career high 10th in points in a season not he even expected to have.

2002 would be his last season in STARS, and he would get one last victory from a rain shortened victory at Michigan.

ARA Career

Justin also ran in ARA, running in 1995 and 1996 before heading to STARS, and returning to ARA in 2003 after retiring from STARS.
